The Art & Craft Of Marbling

OVERVIEW

This workshop is designed and structured for people with little or no experience, and for those who want to take the skills they already have, to the next level. You will gain a greater understanding of the ancient art of faux marbling, and the use of the tools and materials used in creating these amazing decorative paint techniques. During the course of the day, you will become proficient and comfortable using the paints and glazes used to master these much sort after and prized skills. You will be instructed in the use of acrylic scumble glazes and colourants, used extensively by professionals in conservation and restoration projects around the world.
